Grant & Reimbursement Acknowledgment

This application is a request for a grant, not a guarantee of funding. Your application will be reviewed and you will be notified of approval before your block party.
If approved, reimbursement requires submission of itemized grocery receipts and a photograph from your block party within 30 days of the event.
By submitting a photograph, you grant Love Your Actual Neighbor a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for organizational purposes, which may include our website, social media, and other marketing materials.
