Love Your Actual Neighbor (“LYAN,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a registered Utah nonprofit corporation dedicated to helping neighbors build real friendships and a sense of belonging in their local communities. We operate the website at www.loveyouractualneighbor.org (the “Site”) and administer Project Porchlight, a community initiative in Lindon, Utah.

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, disclose, and protect personal information that we receive from individuals who visit our Site, sign up as Porchlight Homes, register as Block Builders, apply for Block Party Grants, or otherwise interact with us. It also describes your rights under the Utah Consumer Privacy Act (“UCPA”), Utah Code Ann. §§ 13-61-101 et seq., and other applicable laws.

By using our Site or submitting information through any of our registration forms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or submit your information.

Our Site is hosted on Vercel, a cloud infrastructure platform. Form submissions and participant data are stored in Supabase, a cloud database service. Both platforms employ industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and encryption at rest.
